Need help with drone deploy

Drone deploy isnt connecting, Ive tried shutting down go4, de-selecting go4 as the default, disconnecting and re-connecting the phone and power cycling the drone and controller.

Do I need to already be in the air when I shut of go4 and start dronedeploy?

Any tips or odvice would be much appreciated.

Hi all,

We rigorously test our software on hardware before announcing official support. We are still going through the testing portion for the Mavic Air and hope to add it to our list of Supported Drones down the road but we do not have a timeline to share for this.
