Never run out of juice in the field

thx. I just seem to remember that too fast of a charge ( using word fast loosely) might be hard on batteries and wasn't sure if these boosters were quick charging or just like a wall plug taking a few hours to recharge a battery. I have four batteries and if i'm flying near power i plug the first discharged battery in and continue with the other 3 and end up using 5 altogether- i fly with a partner and we takes turns. If these remote chargers take a couple hours to charge i think i'd rather buy a couple more batteries...does that make sense other than having one of these units for ither purposes ?

I believe these guys are plugging the standard wall charger into the power banks/inverters, so it's not forcing them to charge any quicker. The standard charger brick will only output within its specs.

The only issue with inverters and the like is whether they are sinewave or squarewave. Some people think that squarewave inverters (most cheap inverters) can be damaging to sensitive equipment such as the intelligent batteries. I took a sinewave inverter all over Iceland with me in march, charging Inspire batteries from the cig lighter in a Jeep Patriot. Worked wonderfully.

Car charger is quicker and p4 charger even quicker
To charge 4 batteries in the 2 hubs

Mavic Charging Hub M1CH-S:
5 hr 10 min (Mavic Charger)
4 hr (Mavic Car Charger)
Mavic Charging Hub (Advanced) M1CH-P:
4 hr 10 min (Mavic Charger)
3 hr 15 min (Mavic Car Charger)
2 hr 30 min (Phantom 4 Charger / Car Charger)

It seems to me that it might be hard on the charger (squarewave} but its converted back to DC before it goes to the battery so the battery would not care one way or the other. I have a cheap harbor freight one that's 200 watts, Its probably squarewave like you said. It has battery post clamps as opposed to a cig lighter adapter. I use a small deep cycle battery charge with it.
