@dkpilot when you get a chance can you see if the Dragonfly app is visible in the Denmark app store? You should try searching by "dragonfly video drone" and it should come up. Thanks!

'Dragonfly' app is good but I think 'Sync for DJI' is better at least you can choose images and video that you want to download.
Also 'Sync for DJI' supports background downloading.
