New DC threat to DJI

I was in a meeting with U.S. Representative Smith's staffer on Tuesday. She confirmed that the Armed Services Committee and Congressional leadership is currently crafting a final National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) bill to send to both Chambers of Congress to vote on. And up vote then sends it directly to the President for his signature.

This completely removes our ability to try and stop them from adding Countering CCP Drones Act language to the bill before the Senate Votes on it, or before it gets sent to any Conference Committee.

So we need to act NOW! This week, not next week.

I know my video is a bit longer than normal, but there is a lot of information in it. We need to act. So please watch this and take action. Also, please share the video where you think it's important.

And since many congresspeople actively use these platforms, it would probably be easier to reach them directly.

Per an email from @Vic Moss, the Countering CCP Drones Act language did not make it into the final version of the 2025 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) bill.

We have big news to share. You may already have seen online, but if not, the text of the 2025 NDAA was released by the House Rules Committee on Saturday. We are THRILLED to report that the Countering CCP Drones Act language did NOT make it into the final version of the bill! This would not have been possible without the incredible engagement of Drone Advocacy Alliance advocates like you throughout 2024...

Along the lines of what @msinger was suggesting, is there any short (less than 5m) video summarizing the common charges against DJI tech from a technical or capability standpoint, and refutation of these false claims? Succint and to the point.

Something is needed to respond easily and effectively to bad information... WI Senator Johnson was on Maria Bartiromo's Sunday show some weeks ago confirming that the Chinese Government is getting a video feed from every DJI drone when it flies, in real time.
