New Issue with No Fly Zone

Hey Guys,

I went to fly my drone this afternoon after getting the DJI go 4.0 update and my drone says I cannot fly because I am in a no fly zone, i have never had this problem before and not sure what to do. Customer service was zero help.

Here are the errors I am receiving, thank you for any advice.

I have a registered account with DJI.

Are you a 107 pilot?

Yes and a commercial pilot

Looks like you have no WiFi service to your controller. This will allow you to unlock the controller and fly. If that doesn’t work, go to the DJI self unlock page, enter your controller serial number, and follow the other instructions. This should allow you to unlock.

thank you , i was able to fix by entering my DJI contoller serial number.
