New mavic air

i am charging my batteries with three installed in the charger but it seems to only charge one at a time....is this correct?
Could I be doing something wrong?

Yes, the DJI charging hub only charges one battery at a time.

As msinger mentioned, plus, it charges the battery with the greatest charge first and then the next lower one. It will switch to the greatest charged battery if it's added even after starting to charge another one. This means you get a battery back more quickly for use if you want.

One other thing I’m going to do is use the regular USB port instead of the micro USB port from the controller to my I phone.
