Hey just got my new mavic pro 2. Awesome. But every time I try to activate it get struck there for about 20 minutes. The. I turn off. Can anyone help

I think it was my internet connection. It just went thru.

Yes, the controller and the drone. Be sure to read about activation in the manual. Watch the activation video on the DJI site. Get the assistant 2 app on your computer and connect the drone and controller. Follow the instructions they give.

You can do all of the updates with only the GO 4 app. It should prompt you after it connects with the aircraft. This works on the iPhone, not sure about Android.
