New MPP Ripple effect

Hi,
I've a brand new Mavic pro platinum, bought in November, 30minutes total flight time, all my video is plagued with the ripple/jello effect, I'm new to drones and originally thought this was due to wind or was just the cached video transcoding issue on the phone but today the wind was 10-15km which I wouldn't consider a lot and I've checked the SD footage

Just before the below videos were created I
Calibrated the compass
calibrated the IMU
calibrated the gimbal
I did get a gimbal overload warning on the second video, this is usually something obstructing the gimbal?
This video is from the SD card at 1080p

As you can see this first video the drone hasn't even taken off yet

Look real good at those 4 tabs that hold your gimbal to the body and ne sure one hasn't slipped off .
never know unless ya look .

Look real good at those 4 tabs that hold your gimbal to the body and ne sure one hasn't slipped off .
never know unless ya look .

They look perfect, it even does it if you put the cover/bubble on.

Sent my videos to DJI who said send it back, they didn't even want to trouble shoot so they obviously know what it is and it's not something that can be fixed remotely, lets hope they don't kick up about me living in a different country than I bought it in
