New Mavic Pro Owner here and first time drone pilot. So far I have been very pleased and surprised with it. I have gone ahead and gotten my first crash out of the way and the Mavic held up well. I backed the Mavic into a chain link fence. Couple of scratches and two busted blades, but other than that.. all is good.

Howdy from Wyoming jmyers, welcome to the community. Plenty of fine folk and excellent information here. Glad to hear you got your crash out of the way early with no permanent damage, I put mine into the ceiling (hit RTH without really knowing the consequences) on my first day.
