Re sunshades, in my experience they are not very effective, but I suppose some little shade does help.
Reflection is also very important, try and wear dark clothing and use whatever natural shade you can find.
I do use a sunshade but it is not very good.

Hello Jayfdee, I did some research and I bought freewell sunshade, there is great improvment but still I would like to maximise experience and get rid of any reflection, I have iphone 7 pluse in ghostek case, I'm going to try Anti Glare Screen Shield but still searching for one. I always try to wear dark, It is hard though in hot places

Sunshades can help keep the sun out of the lens and help prevent 'sun banding' which is when the sun shines through the spinning props into the lens.
