Hello from the Crossroads of America Tracepete.

You may not have to register your Mini since it's under 250 grams, but you should take the TRUST test and keep a copy with you when you fly.

If you put strobes or prop guards on, you'll be over the 250g limit and will have to register it.

I took the TRUST, I also registered to be safe since the prop guards put it over. Also starting to study for the Part 107 certificate.

Here's what I like after my first few flights:

Easy to fly
Decent quality photos and video
Good battery life

What I dont like:
I need a bigger brighter phone or tablet
Zone Unlocking: never seems to work from my phone-- Have to go to the DJI site and then import the unlock ( I live in a Class D area due to local airport)
