I’m in West Palm Beach and I frequently fly at Okeeheelee. Park Rangers have seen me, but none of them told me about not flying in County Parks. I have flown in Riverbend, without any issues. Most of the time I fly during the weekdays.
The only sign I’ve seen is at the Jupiter Lighthouse park, stating drones are prohibited.
This typically only refers to take-off and landing. If, for example, you launched from outside that area, and returned there, you're technically not breaking that rule.
Of course, you still need to stay out of aircraft no-fly-zones (airports etc) and also keep line-of-sight to your drone.
Where I live on the west coast, there aren't many restrictions (I fly all over the place
