Cool! Be sure to register with FAA.... and read the big online manual from the DJI site. Don’t let others push you to leave beginner mode until your maneuvering is second nature along with the pause and RTH buttons. Fly on!

Thanks for the advice! Australia's CAA are considering registration here. Beginner mode is fine for me!
