NFZ Auth works with phone but not CS

Can anyone give advice as to why my android phone when connected to controller allows flight after LLANC with Kittyhawk, (can't get Kittyhawk to load on CS 7"...another issue) but only get failed authorizations on CS. Airmap works with phone but not woith CS. Ergh! All updates done.
