I can't retrieve data from the bird by connecting it to my computer. It connects fine through DJI assistant, but when I connect it to try to download pictures the computer does not see it.
When I turn on the bird while connected, I hear a tone in the computer, and also hear it when plugging in or unplugging the USB cord, but comp still doesn't see it.
It is extremely difficult to remove / insert the SDC, so I need to find an answer to this. Plus, no access to the internal storage.
I have tried refreshing the firmware twice.
Reset to factory defaults.
No change.
I tried another computer also. It didn't see it either.
