yes when I zoom out I see lake ire looks like I have Chinese maps

Go into the General Settings menu and make sure that Enable Map for Mainland China and Calibrate Map Coordinates for Mainland China are disabled. I am not sure if that will change things but it is worth a try. After you do that reboot everything and make sure they stay disabled.
