Yes! My prayers have been heard! I just read about this in the manual. Has anyone tested it to make sure it actually does silence the infernal beeping?

awesome, but... does the new firmware have other even more annoying bugs?

1. Does shooting a panorama automatically change your photo save settings to JPEG?

2. Doe using hyperlapse circle, course lock, or waypoint change you shutter speed to 1/30 seconds?

The stop beep has been around since M2 came out.

Yep the beep was mentioning in the original manual and was part of the v1.0 firmware so not an "update" to wait.

I tested this yesterday. Didn't work for me. Mavic 2 Pro

It works on manually triggered RTH. It does not work on low battery as the manual states.
