I use ON1 Photo RAW as my primary editor. The HDR merge output from my Sony (ARW), Mini3Pro, and Mavic 3 works fine. However, all three camera's DNG files on the M3P are not. Shooting 3 AEB, the merged output delivers the below examples:

1X1X_DJI_20230526141027_0004_D_HDRa.jpg 3X3X_DJI_20230526141323_0016_D_HDRa.jpg 7X7X_DJI_20230526141218_0010_D_HDRa.jpg

This was true with the last version of the ON1 software and the update delivered today. Easy HDR and Skylum's Aurora do not have this issue. Converting with Adobe DNG Converter produces three dng files which do work well when merged in ON1. It is apparently an ON1 issue which I will post there. Just posting here for information for other ON1 owners.

It is particularly interesting that the 1X M3 DNG files work appropriately, while the 1X M3P DNG files do not.

Reply from ON1 Support:

This is a known issue that can occur with DNG files...
Unfortunately, we do not have an immediate fix for you but a workaround would be to use camera RAW files instead of DNG.
Thanks for your patience while we work to address and fix the issue.

So I'll probably use Adobe DNG Converter on the individual shots then merge them in ON1 until they find a fix.

I don’t use OnOne, but I’m interested to know whether they fixed it or not.

Yes they did
