Another thing that I learnt is the battery temps are around 10 degrees Celcius hotter than ambient air, so on a recent 37 degree day the battery hit 48 while in flight.. The manual only specifies 40 degree air temp as a limit, but doesn't say what battery temps are OK, I would assume around 50 as per my results..
50 is pretty hot tho, I wouldn't want to do it a lot, I'm going to be flying in the WA bush this winter so hoping for low temps!
 
Yup my air routinely hour 67-72 Celcius flying in sports mode this past summer. Definitely find hotter than the spark and MP in similar conditions
