Online Form FAA Authorization

Having issues submitting the FAA authorization form online. I keep getting the error

• Waiver/Airspace Authorization: All latitude and longitude fields are required when either 107.41 (Operation in certain airspace) or 107.51(b) (Operating limitations: altitude) regulations are selected.

I've inputted the Lat Long they're requesting but keep getting this error. Any suggestions as far as how to input the Lat Long correctly?

finally figured it out. there were fields that i thought was pre populated with N and W. I had to manually input those.
