Crazy you have all these issues. We buy stuff from Amazon every week and have for years. I’ve probably had to return a half dozen items for various reasons and they always process the refund IMMEDIATELY and send UPS to my house to pick them item up.

I just noticed they marked the GoPro as a return? *** language barriers! I’m not returning that one it works it’s the first one that went back that I paid $270 for I have to call them yet again. They really need customer service in the country they are selling to!
