I am thinking of ordering additional parts (propellers/batteries) now in lieu of the probable ban of dji products.
If I was to order extra parts were the chances of me receiving them?
Additionally, my care refresh expires in November 20 25, I’m curious to know if they will renew that or what will I have to informed Dji that I would like to renew it?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Getting additional parts depends on where you order them from. In the US, you cannot order from DJI since they have currently suspended sales from their US online store; however, you are free to order from anywhere else including Amazon and eBay and you'll probably get them.

In the US, you can make a Care Refresh claim but new Care Refresh plans including renewals are suspended so at this time, you won't be able to renew once your current plan expires.

Your thread title is ambiguous as to which drone you own (maybe change it to Mini 4 Pro?), but it must be the Mini 4 Pro, and not the Mavic 4 Pro, since no one could possibly have Care Refresh on the Mavic 4 Pro in the U.S.., and even if they did, it certainly wouldn’t expire in November this year.

So, since you are asking about the Mini 4 Pro, which even was sold by CostCo last fall, you should have no problem getting spare batteries and props. Even Mini 3 Pro batteries will work in the Mini 4 Pro. There should be plenty of those parts still in the U.S. supply chain, unlike ANY Mavic 4 Pro parts that have never been shipped to the U.S..

DJI will be unlikely to renew your Refresh, but they potentially could, if they have enough stock of Refurb Mini 4 Pros still in the United States. They sold a boatload of Mini 4 Pros, so they likely have a boatload of refurbs still in reserve.

Sorry, I’m in the US, and meant the mini 4 Pro. So no Care Refresh renewal? Are the props and batteries on Amazon OEM or similar? I prefer DJI replacements.
Thabk you.

Thank you. This leads me to another question. From your reply, I understand care refresh renewals are suspended, but if I don’t attempt to renew, I will DJI know I made the effort to renew because I understand that you have to renew it within a certain period of time and I’d like to establish some type of record that I tried to renew it within the established timeframe. Not sure of this makes sense. I appreciate your response.

DJI will send you an email reminder to renew before expiration, if it is available, usually a few weeks before. Plenty of time left.

Since DJI has suspended the service and I believe renewals are not available, I think they would know that everyone has attempted to renew and has failed. You usually get a renewal notice so you can respond to that if you get one; if not, not sure what you can do other than call them.

All OEM, as this is a recent drone. You can probably even find lightly used Mini 3 Pro batteries on eBay from people who crashed their drones or upgraded. Mini 4 Pro props are different, so you'll need Mini 4 Pro only.

Good to know!

You will be able to get parts for that Drone for many years to come it just won't be as easy and you will have to shop around more.
