OSMO DJIGO initial Activation not working with DJIGO 4 on same phone

I attempted to get my OSMO Mobile 2 going with DJIGO and ran into not connecting to Wi-Fi or Phone when I tried to Activitate. Tried restarting the phone (Samsung S7) and the problem persists UNITL iI uninstalled my DJIGO 4. Now it's working. Has anyone else noticed that DJIGO and DJIGO 4 seem to have a conflict?

Activated mine last night with no problems on my note 9
I have go and go4 as well as red go4

You need to use the DJIGO app and not the DJIGO 4.

Yes I think he realises that. His issue is that it was not working on his DJIGO until he uninstalled his Go4 app on the same device.
