PART 107 Waivers - Specifically 107.29, 107.31, 107.39 & 107.51

Has anyone applied for a waiver for these parts of 107? I'm using my drone on my hunting property. It is private property and about 1200 acres. I'm looking to take videos of the entire property so there would be some instances where I would be over people, aka other members, or without line of sight of the drone.

Over people isn't an issue so long as they're aware of being part of the operation. VLOS however is more of a problem. Climb a tree?
