Photo/video doubles

So for every video or photograph that I take there is always a Double,..or I call it a negative, which is fuzzy. So I have to go back and delete all the fuzzy double pictures or videos every time. Does this happen with everyone? And I am speaking of my new mavic Pro 2. But this also happens with my mavic air.

It is generally a quick thumbnail version that is cached.
