Photos distortion - tilted buldings

Hi, is there a way to have buildings straight? On the sides of the photo, distortion/ tilt is quite visible...
 
If the camera is looking downward, the tops of the buildings will be bigger and lean outward. Simple perspective. You're just used to the inverse, where your camera is looking upward, so the bottoms of buildings are bigger and the tops lean inward.
 
Correct it in post processing.

True, it wasn't much of a problem in straight line photos. What tool do you use for correction in the editor (Lightroom, Photoshop)?
