Pixels on my iphone 7+

Hi I need help!
I just bought a Mavic Pro.
I can fly it and it takes pictures BUT I don't see the image on my iphone from the gimble?
I only see green pixels as if there is a wrong setting.
What do I do?

Try using a different cable to connect the iPhone to the controller.

Use the bottom USB connector and completely disconnect the side cable it ships with.

If you do not disconnect the side cable the bottom USB port will not work.
