Please help me with my settings

Hi guys I went into setting after I read some threads that said it was possible to improve the vid quality, well I thinks even though I believe I set them correctly to me it looks way worse and I was really happy with the stock settings, but like a dummy I don't write the stock settings down. Can someone please tell me how to put this back to stock. Thank you

seems like there is a 'reset camera settings' button ....

Click on the little sliders icon at the bottom right of your screen.
On the next screen, go to the settings wheel icon, top right.
Then, go all the way to the bottom and click "Reset Camera Settings"
