I’ll start with AZ. You’ll find a lot of regulations/laws listed by city/town. However, AZ state law prohibits other entities in the state from making laws on this, reserving the authority solely to the state. Of course, on federal lands, 95% of AZ, federal statues and regs apply (Nat’l Forest, Nat’l Monuments, Nat’l Parks, designated wilderness areas, etc.

Here’s 2 links with the details:
First is Senate Bill 1449
https://azleg.gov/legtext/52leg/2r/bills/sb1449p.pdf
Second is from UAV Coach explaining AZ 2019 drone law
Drone Laws in Arizona (2019) - UAV Coach

I carry these two pages open on my phone when I fly. Not to have the Ill advised argumentative discussion with an official or LEO, but for my reference to be sure I can answer any questions.

Hope all states will be represented.

Cheers and fly safe!

Ran across this site that may be of interest concerning state drone laws. I'm not sure how often it is updated though.

For Colorado it also includes restrictions during hunting activities (scouting).

Relates to drones

5. Law enforcement must to obtain s warrant to access ANY data from ANY drone (including their own)

6. Shooting down a drone is a felony

7. Causing damage to someone else’s drone falls under the same laws as distruction of property

The permit link takes you to specifics about Commercial Photography and states nothing about recreational uses:
