Hello,
Does anyone know anything about the following error codes and how to fix them??
Power System hardware error code: (16100069)
Esc error. code: (1608002F)
This is on a DJI Mavic 3. with a DJI RC PRO.
I was returning home from a flight and had some very strong headwinds, I was flying around 200 ft. to able to move ahead toward the winds, unfortunately the drone battery died before it fully returned home. I seen what was happening and was heading for a open field and at that point flying around 100 ft and dropping fast.
I lost connection at about 50ft and it came down on top of a tree. I did find the drone and a few props were broken but no other physical damage that I could see.
There were a few small pieces of the props and some dirt in 2 of the motors. I cleaned everything and put a fresh battery in it.
The codes above came up and of course I was unable to fly.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Thanks Jim,
I tried that but I'm still getting the error codes. Is there anybody out there that has some software to fix this issue? I'm tempted sending it to DJI but unsure of the process and I heard too many people say their service is horrible. I think some software would do it, but I just need to find it.

If the error is persistent it means you have a bad ESC.
Re-flash your firmware first...............If that doesnt clear the error you need a new ESC.

You’ll hear more from people who have problems with a service than those for where everything has gone well. It’s just the way of the internet!

That's what i was afraid off. Do you know where a good place would be to get a replacement ESC board? Also, will i need some software to sync or match the new esc board to the other boards?
And if do, where do you get that software?
Thanks alot for your advice.

You can find the parts on Ebay. research the seller before you pay tho! that parts not cheap.
YES it will need to be "serialized" to match your main board. There are services online and also a few members here that do that service, You must have special software for that and that software is hugely expensive!...So you will need to find someone.
The service I used has moved or no longer does it. SHOP CAREFULLY as far as I Know You still must give the person performing this service for you, remote access to your computer.

Yikes, it sounds like it could get deep! Is there any way to test the board with a multimeter without taking it off? Also, being its the ESC board wouldn't I be able to visually see a problem?
Thanks for helping me out with everything!

Its not that bad really just giving you the usual cautions.

Not really and for these boards you really have to visually inspect them If a certain component is causing problems its better to replace the whole component rather than "troubleshoot" it.

Not really The best you can do is look and feel the connections very carefully. I will say that most of the time your problem can be eliminated by simply replacing the very fragile ribbon cables..These dont do well in crashes they come loose alot and they are super brittle.

I'm in no way saying that this will fix your problem BUT I would say usually the problem after a crash is the ribbon cable came loose (even if it has paste on it) OR one of the tiny connections was broken or scraped in the crash and the cable needs replacement..
