Problem with Mavic Air Active Track

Just started using my new Mavic Air, and whenever I use Active Track, it doesn't matter which mode I select (all 3 of them show up), when I start walking, the drone performs the function of Spotlight. So I can still select Trace and Profile, but the drone performs the function of Spotlight instead (on my controller it indicates that I am in the Trace or Profile mode).

Is there a way I can fix this with my settings, or is this an issue with my drone? I am new so I don't really know how to troubleshoot this. Thanks for the help!

I also am having troubles getting active track to work. Same issue, the mavic air will spot light but not follow when selecting trace or profile.
