I am trying to gather information on the basics.

What cloud site do you use?
What processing software do you use?
Does everyone use portable hard disk?
Does anyone use outside processing services?
Is there a really good service for being able to sell photography?

I am also looking for a flow chart to help make the above decisions

I'm not sure how effective it will be to get input from folks who's needs differ from yours but... I don't use any cloud site. I have both portable and large multidisk drives as I have dozens of terabytes of data. 4k video eats GBs. I use no outside processing service. Not sure what that even means. There are many web sites for selling photos. The one I used in the past isn't one I'd recommend.

I use my apple cloud. Just the smaller storage option.
I use 2 external hard drives. One is a 4 T G force using AC , the other is a new 4 T External HD that runs on the mac pwr source.
I also use a 512 SD card for external storage.
For software Lightroom and Lumafusion for my apple ipad mini 5
No outside services I'm a rec flyer

There is no such thing.Just make one yourself with your own research and time input.

Research allows me to find out what their marketing department wants me to know. When I reach out for recommendations from individuals I find out what works and what doesn't work. An earlier posting showed that it is hard to find good quality suppliers
