I have a MP 2 Pro and have been trying to find out how to change the battery self discharge days. The Mavic 1 that I have allowed me to set the days to discharge lower than the default number of days which was 10.
I've looked in the manual and the only thing I can find is that they begin to self discharge after 10 days. Has anyone found something different..

Thanks.. Happy flying

That setting defaults to 10 days. There is no way to change it since it does not display in DJI GO.

Actually, I am able to easily set the battery self-discharge days for batteries for my Mavic 2 Pro. When they arrived, they were all set for 2 days until self-discharge began, which was much too short for my uses.

Turn on the controller and then the drone in the normal sequence and wait for all the checks to complete. The drone must be connected for the controller to "see" the battery and change its programming.

Starting on the three-dot menu icon in the upper right corner of the screen (I am using a smart controller) go to the general settings menu. (You can also get there by touching the battery symbol at the top of the screen. Once in the menu, if needed touch the battery icon and scroll down to the "Time to Discharge" line and set it from 1 to 10 days. I use 7 days myself. Turn off the drone. For additional batteries, put the next battery into the drone, turn it on and repeat the procedure.

I hope this helps

Correct. A firmware/app update around Sept last year added it. Reason was to help mitigate the rash of batteries swelling last year towards the end of summer.
