RC not connected

Hi,
I have a new firmware ready to install but when I click install it says RC not connected. I plug it into power but it still says RC not connected.
I have an iphone 11Pro Software version 13.3.1. Also when I go into the DJI Fly app I cannot get out of it without turning off my phone.
I would appreciate some help please.

It might be a good idea the first become familiar with how iOS works.
If you double click the button you can swipe an app away.
As far as I know that’s the only way you can exit an application.

Thanks. Of course I know how iOS works.
I did manage to close it yesterday without turning the phone off by clicking on top luv which took me to another screen and then I could swipe up.

Aircraft firmware? And it’s telling you that the remote control is not linked. Not connected? Has it ever been linked? Just trying to understand what’s up.
