Rear sensor shows “Error”

I have a Mavic Air and am getting a rear sensor warning, telling me it is not functioning ?
is there a way to Re-set the sensors? I did the latest update and it didn’t change anything pertaining to this problem.
any help would be appreciated!

Did it ever work? How old is your Air?
If possible, you may want to contact DJI and return it.

It’s about two years old and it’s always worked perfect.
