Refusing to connect

Hi folks. Trying to link my phone to the controller as I have done many times. Contacted support re apps crashing, they sent me a link to Go, v4 and that works, but for the life of me can't get it to link.

There is a connection to the drone from the controller as when I turn off the remote, the blinks of the lights of the drone change??

it may be that either the side port has become damaged or the cable itself
if you can try a cable from the USB port at the bottom of your RC and see if that works
before you try it remove the cable from the side port as it stops the bottom port connecting if you leave it in

The DJI environs isn't what I'd call user friendly. Too many variables. E.g., my RM500 in my Air2 kit wanted me to use Go4 to connect to my Air2. lol. Thank you DJJ (some DJI engineer has a very sick sense of humor).

First, what drone are you trying to connect to? Which remote controller are you using?

Check to make sure that your app is upto date. You many need a firmware update
