Remote ID for Air 3S

I wonder what is the correct format for remote identification of the device,
I read here and there that it was the same as the serial number
i.e. 1581Fxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (20 digits)
if I enter it in the operator registration number box I get "format error check and try again"
So what is the right format?

I just remembered, this number is provided by the flight regulation organization of my country when you register as a drone pilot
the format is as follows: 3 uppercase letters for the country 13 lowercase letters or numbers, a hyphen, three control letters
