Reset MA back to Factory Settings

How do I get the drone back to as close to as I got it, with the updated firmware but removing all of my personal data?

I can obviously copy and delete the data but is there a more secure way?

Are you selling the Air? Format the SD card too If you're giving it wit the Air.

So I had done the factory reset on the drone but it didn’t wipe the internal memory. Is there a way to reformat the internal memory or do you have to just delete the files?

What part of the internal memory wasn't wiped out? On the Air? Controller? What's in it?

Video and pictures in the internal memory on the drone.

The controller doesn’t store images.

You can also reformat the internal memory from the onscreen by tapping the status bar at the top (usually green when there is GPS) and scrolling to the bottom of the options.
