Did you update it to the RID firmware version (it should list an RID serial number in the "about" section). You also need to have the latest GO4 version from the DJI website. If you put in the RID serial number it should take it. Might took it fine (about 2 months ago).I am trying to register my M2Zoom with the FAA and I'm getting mixed info about RID compliance for the zoom. FAA says it's not in their list and has an invalid number.
How did you guys fix this?
That works, although if you updated the firmware to the RID version it would give you the correct RID serial number. By just adding the correct numbers to get the faa site to accept it doesn't make it legal because it won't be sending the RID as required.DJI responded to my email and the answer is add 1581F before controller number and then 0 after the controller number. The 0 was hanging me up!
