Hi members,

So I have a Mavic Pro 3 together with a RM330. I needed to have an upgrade with HDMI. I bought a RM510B (second market) since i've read it could be possible to use the DJI Fly app and or install firmware based on the RM510. Well I ended up linking the drone didn't worked out , couldn't install the DJI Fly app and altough I managed to download firmware the supports the Mavic Pro 3 (with the RM510) , I couldn't figure out how to install in manually (V03.02.0100_rm510_dji_system)

Can anyone point me into the right direction?

Warm regards,
Barry

Do you have Assistant 2?

Connect it to your computer with a good USB cable
Open DJI Assistant2
log in with your account
Select device and hit the UPGRADE button to download and install
Your controller will restart when everything is done.

with the custom firmware? Or the latest version from DJI ? Will this connects the enterprise controller with a Mavic Pro 3?

Sorry NO not with custom firmware sorry
Maybe GITHUB forums?

Oke I made so progress.
I downloaded firmware for the RM510B (latest version) from the following website
Dank Drone Downloader - Web App

Then I used the the old Drone-hack application (1.37) to upload the firmware to the controller.
After installation you'll have the controller with Firefox. I installed the DJI Fly app from the DJI website.
You can then open the App and link the drone, all works fine. Only problem I need to solve is a known problem searching on the internet. When you switch off the controller and start again, the DJI Fly app is gone. You need to re-install it again. I think this has to do with the RM510B version.

So i'm nearly there , only need to fix this issue....

That is a Known issue and rather than trying to guess which solution would be best I will refer you to the DJI actual forum. There are many discussions and solutions for that paticular problem there.
Hope this helps.

Thanks! I'll keep on searching and when I found the solution, I'll post it here for any future user experiencing the same. Again, thanks for your help!

Hi! I have the same problem. I tried to flash version 1.38 and an error occurs. How did you do it?

In the end, it didn't worked out fine. For each time you switch on your controller, you'll need to install the FLY app.
I found someone who helped me installing the software (remotely) and now it works perfect including the FLY app that remains on the controller. I also had a 510B. Using a remote connection he can do this. Cost me $100,- but worth the money ;-)

Interesting International response/questions. Virginia USA just received 510B from Ukraine in perfect condition. Upgraded software will report on DJI Fly app status

DJI Fly performs perfectly in my new 510B/Mavic 3 Pro. Control responses seem quicker than RC Pro. Brighter 1,000 nit screen detail and storage speaker & HDMI all provide upgrades to support the Mavic 3 Pro to full potential. ( I did nit install latest Flip upgrade- why?

Worked perfectly with DJI Fly! The difference between Mavic 3 Pro accuracy and my Mini 4 Pro. Big jobs vs small jobs. Both capable but Mini 4 Pro tries to mimic its big brother. Small size an advantage in certain situations but 3x Mavic lens makes Mavic less visible with greater observation altitude
