It is meant to be blurred. It's a common effect meant to mimic video of tiny toy creations.

final cut pro. very quick and easy to add blur above and below. I should have bumped up the saturation till it was comic like . I think this was a 2sec per image hyperlapse I I believe I slowed it down about 30%
