Smart Controller USB Charger

I'm struggling to find an appropriate replacement in the UK. All QC3.0 chargers I can find are 1.5A or 18W @ 12V which is the QC3 spec. It seems that DJI are exceeding the QC3 spec at 24W 2A.
I've got several QC3 chargers here from various makes and none of the quick charge the Smart Controller.

I'd love to find a replacement because my dog chewed my original charger and destroyed it.

can try a cell phone charger? I sometimes use the charger from my Moto Z4 and it quick charges
