When I fly with my MA and take video I want to move left and right very nice and slovly but how kan I do this.

Practice! Learn the sensitivity of your controller. Avoid maximum speeds when filming (most of the time).

You should be able to slow down yaw and gimbal up down in settings too, which helps when flying in normal mode.
