This is a 3:47 minute video featuring drone video, drone stills, timelapse and still photography of Snooks restaurant on the bay side of Key Largo in the Florida Keys. The restaurant features freshly caught fish from local boats, served while we enjoyed a typical spectacular Keys sunsets. The margaritas and key lime pie aren't so bad either!

Actually, this was only our 2nd time there. There are lot of places like this on the Florida Bay side of the Keys (away from the ocean side, e.g.: Happy Days, Sundowner, Morada Bay). This one, however, has a very lenient drone policy. They have that beach and there was also another drone in the air while I was flying).

To answer your question;

The drive from Coral Gables (Miami) to Snook's was 45 minutes. The shoot took from 3 PM until 7 PM. The culling, sorting, and processing of the RAW images and assembly of the "assets" for the video to about 5 hours, and the Premiere Pro editing to a final result to 6 hours. So about 167 hours spread out for this 3 minute film. The final sunset timelapse alone took about 1600 images, shot in 3 segments and stitched together. The interval for the timelapse was 3 seconds between shots, so 1600 multiplied by 3=4,800 seconds=80 minutes=1 hour and 20 minutes of shooting. So about 17 or so hours not including uploading to Vimeo.
