Could be worse!
I was mountain biking with my long time biking buddy. He is older than I.
We split at a a portion of a paved trail so I could bike back to my house and he to his. He rode under an underpass and had a "widow maker" heart attack. I could no longer see him and had no idea this was happening.
He fell off his bike and woke up and realized he had a heart attack. He is older and a bit of a throw back so he did not have a cell phone as he figured there would be no need for one. He had a flip phone anyway. So he stood there waiting for 15-20 minutes for someone else to pass by and offer him assistance. Nobody passed to offer help.
Get this- He then got on his mountain bike and pedaled for another 3 1/2 miles to get back to his home and call an ambulance!
They took him to the hospital and put in 3 stints that afternoon.
