DJI repair facility in california have had my drone for 11 days now.
There was a manufacture defect out of the box. mailed the Mavic back, day after receiving it..
Now its the end of the 11 day of them having the Mavic and still not shipped.
anyone have any info on how to speak to someone at DJI other than the generic chat/phone people.
