DJI repair facility in california have had my drone for 11 days now.

There was a manufacture defect out of the box. mailed the Mavic back, day after receiving it..
Now its the end of the 11 day of them having the Mavic and still not shipped.

anyone have any info on how to speak to someone at DJI other than the generic chat/phone people.

They have had mine for a week now and I'm still waiting on a replacement as well. The guy at dji said it would take a week and I would be getting a response from them!

Wow, totally unacceptable. Did yours need replaced or were you waiting on a replacement

DJI's certainly no paragon, but I'm not sure they're any worse than most other companies nowadays. Despite advertising 7-10 day shipping on Fly More combos, mine took 2 weeks, and arrived with one battery DOA. I was 8th in the "chat" line to request a replacement, which took about 15 minutes. The "chatter" Mike advised me they'd send a shipping label to return the battery for replacement, which arrived in my email inbox in less than 2 business days. The battery's in transit back to Carson CA via UPS Ground. I'll post when I get the replacement, but so far I'd rate the service as average.

Turn around is usually 4 weeks. If you want to contact someone competent, then email is your best option.

I have to send in my remote because the stick on the left, sticks in the down position. Having to send it back when it had a problem right out of the box is disappointing. I had to wait to get the Mavic and now I have to send it right back. Not happy with DJI ATM. How long am I going to have to wait now?

Hope you got it by now. It's crazy how such a good product has such crappy customer service. The iphone cable shipped with my mavic is intermittently working, and they said I just need to buy a new one because it's not covered under warranty.
