Based upon this thread, shipping from Canada is the only way DJI orders can still be successfully received in the U.S..you are probably correct. After my chat with DJI yesterday, they must have contacted dhl directly as my package is now on its way back to DJI. I should get an email today updating me on what happens next. If they send a new one i will wait but afraid it will end up in customs hell as well. I may chat again today and ask for the refund and order elsewhere. We shall see
