So where are all the Mavic 2 Refurbs?

The Mavic Pros didnt start turning up as Refurbs for over a year after they were released. You can expect M2's to start appearing in 4-6 months from now.

If you are referring to DJI selling refurb M2, they are probably saving them for the Care Refresh replacements. Once they think they have sufficient stock, they'll sell the rest as refurb. If they don't have enough stock for replacements, they'd have to replace with new ones. DJI is probably not too keen to replace damage drones with new ones for USD$119 under Care Refresh claim.
