@twickers i was up on the top of Cwmcarn scenic drive, and took off at about a thousand foot ASL, looking across towards Newport industrial areas and the coast
there is a spot on the drive where if you are fit enough to climb up to the top ,then you can look down over Newport Docks complex ,have done it many years ago ,but sadly now my health issues prevent me from such an adventure also at the top of the same climb is a stone mounted plaque that gives the distances ,and direction of various countries around the world,if i remember correctly its is in nautical miles ,

Sunny - mostly clear skies in Wales. How often does that happen? The pastoral shots are very nice - calendar photos for sure!
