Have not used the drone all winter. Got it out today, charged the batteries and I am getting an "Account not logged in" so I have tried both phone numbers and both e-mails and nothing works. I get "check network" The controller and aircraft are sitting beside my modem, so I entered my WiFi and still nothing. I know it is me, but what am I doing wrong?

Just to check things out, use your PC/laptop browser and head for the DJI website. Try logging into your account from there to get to Sky pixel.

If you can get into your DJI account that way: it means there's nothing wrong on their end. Perhaps... perhaps... logging in through your PC will wake the account up for your other devices.
